Docu-Special:
SOMETHING TO CRY ABOUT
A comedy special that provides mental health resources to millions of people
It’s part comedy special, and part documentary about mental health. Stephen meets with therapists, breathwork and somatics practitioners, yoga instructors and meditation experts to learn how to cry after losing dozens of friends to opioids.
The docu-special highlights how to protect your flame when the outside world seems to be crumbling, how to maintain gratitude and resilience when your personal life is challenging, and it outlines Stephen’s ongoing journey to have more happy days than sad.

What We're Building
Our goal is to provide a myriad of mental health resources to ten million people who are grieving.
Typically, the people who need mental health support the most, are those who can least afford it. We are providing a number of free resources and practices to regulate one’s own mental health, along with lessons Stephen will personally learn.
Most importantly, the docu-special will be funny, and provide an opportunity to laugh about the heavy topic of grief!
